ANGELS International is a U.S.-registered nonprofit organization operating in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, its Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Internal Governance Policies. The organization is governed by an independent Board of Directors and managed by an Executive Leadership Team committed to transparency, accountability, and effective stewardship of resources.
ANGELS International convenes an Annual General Assembly, bringing together members of the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership to review the organization’s progress, discuss strategic priorities, and support long-term planning. The annual meeting provides an opportunity to review organizational performance, financial reports, and future program directions. Any governance actions are taken in accordance with the organization’s Bylaws and applicable U.S. nonprofit laws.
The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of ANGELS International and provides strategic leadership, policy oversight, fiduciary responsibility, and organizational accountability. The Board is composed of five volunteer directors with diverse professional backgrounds. The current Board reflects the organization’s commitment to gender inclusion, with 60% female and 40% male representation.
The Executive Leadership Team, led by the Executive Director, is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of ANGELS International. The team oversees program implementation, financial management, human resources, partnerships, fundraising, grant management, and organizational operations while ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
The Executive Leadership Team works closely with the Board of Directors to implement the organization’s strategic plan and achieve its mission effectively and efficiently.
ANGELS International delivers its programs through a dedicated team of employees, consultants, and volunteers who bring expertise across education, humanitarian assistance, workforce development, refugee integration, women’s empowerment, and community development.
